Airway Health
Improper breathing and sleep patterns directly affect our health, moods, energy, and focus. Airway restrictions force our bodies to work harder to get the proper oxygenation, so this leads us to mouth breathing (our "rescue breathing").

Narrow arches of our mouth and crowded teeth can lead to poor posture, clenching and grinding habits, and muscle tightness all as a way to combat a restricted airway.

An open airway let us have deep restorative sleep, improved focus, better energy and diminished anxiety!
