Sleep Disordered Breathing

Sleep disorders in adults and children can range from mild to severe. Whether it is snoring or stops in breath while sleeping, if left untreated this can greatly increase your risk of high blood pressure, obesity, depression and pain.

Sleep disorders are becoming increasingly common and Myofunctional Therapy has been proven to greatly reduce mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea.

Signs you may be experiencing sleep disordered breathing:

  • mouth breathing

  • bedwetting/frequent wakings to use the washroom

  • snoring/choking/gasping for air
