Tongue Posture

Our tongue needs to be sealed up to the roof of our mouths while we are at rest. When the tongue is in the right place, our jaws and face will develop properly and our teeth will be straighter.

A low resting tongue will result in compensations to open up our airway by pushing our heads forward. which can lead to chronic pain, TMJ disorders, and poor sleep.

This can be retrained with Myofunctional Therapy!
